Flexible load management for multi-family

With the charger installed, you will be over your home's electrical capacity. As such, we are proposing a DCC Load Monitoring device. DCC-9 is an EV Energy Management System specifically designed to allow the connection of a charger to the main feeder of the panel without affecting the load calculation. This device will monitor your home's electrical capacity and deliver a charge to your car when it's safe to do so. This is less expensive than a service upgrade, but you may continue to run into load capacity issues if you add new appliances in the future.
